2013 Housing and Meals
To secure a room in Barracks you must complete room and meal registration in Post View. The charges for the room and your selected meal plan will be reflected on your account. All charges related to the Summer Session must be paid, in full, by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 17th if you are attending the first session and by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 21st, if you are attending the second session. A late fee will be assessed if fees are not paid on time.
Following graduation all cadets must clear the Barracks. To properly clear Barracks you must remove all personal items, including your hay, clean the room and insure that all furniture assigned to the room is present. There will be no provisions for storing personal items in the Barracks for those returning for Summer Session. Summer rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Those students who have paid for a room and meal plan should report to the Deputy Commandant’s Office for room assignment beginning at noon on May 20th and June 23rd for each session, respectively. After normal duty hours you should report to the Barracks Supervisor in the OC office. At the end of each session you must clear the Barracks in accordance with the procedures outlined by the Commandant’s Office.
If you desire to stay in Barracks for the long weekend between sessions you must coordinate your stay with the Commandant’s Office. You will be assessed an additional fee as the room charge only covers the 5 week session.
If you reside in barracks you must purchase a meal plan.
