Barracks Help Desk
The Barracks Help Desk, implemented in fall of 2005 by the Information Technology department, provides assistance with technical and computer needs of cadets. Cadets must report to the Barracks Help Desk for all technical support issues including password changes, assistance with Self Service Password, Security Awareness Training, and support for personally owned computers.
Location: C-11B Barracks
Hours: Monday - Friday
- 0700-1600 hours
- 1200-1300 hours (CLOSED FOR LUNCH)
In addition to the Barracks Help Desk requests for assistance may also be sent to email@example.com. If your request requires personal assistance, you will be directed to go to the Barracks Help Desk.
