Keydet Club Hosts Basketball Reunion

Members of the '76 & '77 teams with Coaches Blair '64 and Schmaus '66

As this year marks the 75th Anniversary of the NCAA Tournament, the VMI Keydet Club hosted a Basketball Reunion on March 6, 2013 in conjunction with the Big South Conference Basketball Tournament, to honor the three VMI teams to have made it to the NCAA Tournament.

A great majority of members from the 1964 Team and the 1976 Team and 1977 Team (which went to the Elite 8 and Sweet 16 respectively) attended. Members of the VMI basketball team had a chance to meet these former VMI greats and a good time was had by all.
