Exhibitors at Environment Virginia will reach over 700 environmental leaders from all across the Commonwealth and beyond. The symposium brings together the public and private sectors to facilitate the exchange of information and technologies to promote environmental stewardship and manage our natural resources for a sustainable an prosperous future. Exhibit booths and tables are available to all with environmental concerns.

The run will take place on the final conference day, Thursday April 11th from 7 to 8 am.
Entitlements include listing on website and in program in addition to exposure at the Conference.

Exhibit Registration. Register on line to secure your booth level and location . The size of the exhibit space is indicated on each booth selection. Click here for the preliminary hall map (PDF). Please provide the registrar with the main exhibit contacts, billing contacts, lead staffer, or set-up contacts if different. This will help facilitate dissemination of important information regarding your exhibit and the symposium.
Staff Registration. Register your complimentary attendee(s) using the online exhibitor registration system. Registering your attendees can be done at the time of booth purchase or later using your booth identification number and login password. A link that brings you to the login web site is given in your email confirmation.
Registration includes entry to all concurrent and plenary sessions, Tuesday evening reception, access to exhibits, and 2 buffet lunches. Wednesday banquet and Thursday Plated Lunch registration requires booth staffers to choose that option.
Wednesday Banquet. Seating for the Wednesday evening banquet is limited. The banquet ticket is optional with a limited number of complimentary staff registrations; however, you must select the banquet option for each registrant by March 12, 2013. Unclaimed banquet ticket(s) will be released to attendees on 13 March.
Set Up and Take Down. All exhibit booths are located in VMI's Marshall Hall home of the Center for Leadership and Ethics. Marshall Hall is equipped with a loading dock and service elevator to load and unload your exhibits. Please limit your vehicle to 10 minute maximum wait time in the loading-unloading zone. Tuesday, 9 April 2013, 8:00 am - 11:30 am
Take Down times: Thursday, 11 April 2013 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Exhibit Space Equipment. Electricity, wireless internet, one 6'x 2' table, and 2 chairs come with your exhibit space.
DO NOT SHIP EQUIPMENT TO VMI. Extra tables and booth equipment are available through the exhibit hall vendor, Hollins Exposition Services (Exhibitor Kit)
Payment Policy. Payment for exhibits is by credit card and check only. Pay with a credit card on our secure website or choose to pay by check. Check payment is due no later than 9 days of on-line exhibit registration. We will hold your exhibit location for 9 days until payment is received after such time the exhibit space will become available to others.
Cancelation Policy. All cancelations carry a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be made after 25 February 2013. All cancelation requests must be in writing and sent to Derek Pinkham (email@example.com) or to C/O Environment Virginia Symposium, Virginia Military Institute, 500 Anderson Drive, Lexington VA 24450.
Lodging. Each EV attendee is responsible for his or her own lodging. Please see hotel information. We recommend you make your reservations as soon as possible, as Lexington is a popular destination in the spring.
