Virginia Stormwater ePermitting System

The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation is developing an interactive website that will be used to obtain coverage under the State General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities beginning July 1, 2014. The Alpha (test) version of this website will be demonstrated so that local officials, developers, and engineers can get a preview of how the new ePermitting system will work.
