Saunders Fields, a training facility located at Virginia Military Institute’s North Post area, was dedicated Wednesday in honor of Edmund Saunders III, Class of 1906, and in recognition of the generosity of his daughters, Mrs. Ann Lee Saunders Brown and the late Jane Quinn Saunders.
